This Limited Warranty only applies to purchases directly from China Lucent. Please consult your dealer or retailer about warranty policy if you buy products from them.

What's Covered

Under normal use, products are warranted against functional defects during the warranty period in accordance with published product materials.

  • New products: 1 year from purchase date
  • Battery, mainboard, motor: 6 months
  • Defective parts repaired or replaced free of charge

What's Not Covered

  • Misuse, negligence, or accident
  • Operation contrary to user manual instructions
  • Damage from improper installation or handling
  • Improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage from improper use

How to Get Warranty Service

  1. Email info@chinalucent.com with your issue
  2. Customer Service will provide Return/Repair Guide
  3. Provide proof of purchase (receipt) and order ID
  4. Include product model number and code
  5. Pack defective unit in original packaging with all parts

Note: Customer pays shipping to China Lucent Service Center. China Lucent pays for return shipping. Warranty is non-transferrable.

China Lucent only handles warranty requests for units purchased from authorized retailers in their territory.

Unopened & Unused Merchandise

You can cancel your order if it hasn't been arranged to China Lucent production lines. No fees will be incurred.

  • No scratches or damage
  • Original packaging required

  • 20% restocking fee if return arranged

  • Consumer responsible for shipping fee for customer-initiated returns
  • If our error (damaged/wrong item), we cover shipping
  • No prior acceptance = package may be rejected

Content can be uploaded through: 1. SD Card - Copy files directly, 2. Mobile App - Connect via WiFi, 3. PC Software - Batch uploading.

What is the difference between LS and LU series?

LS Series: Standard hologram fans. LU Series: Ultra HD high-brightness series for outdoor use.

Can multiple fans be synchronized together?

Yes! Our splicing models support multi-device synchronization for creating large video walls.

Are hologram fans safe for continuous operation?

Yes, designed for 24/7 continuous operation with advanced cooling systems and high-quality brushless motors.

What is the lifespan of the LED lights?

Our LEDs are rated for 30,000-50,000 hours (7-11 years at 12 hours daily use).

Do hologram fans make noise?

Smaller models: <30dB, larger models: 40-50dB (quiet office level).

Can I use hologram fans outdoors?

Standard fans are for indoor use. For outdoor, we recommend weather-protected IP54 series or LU series for direct sunlight.
